All of us who have harbored cats and dogs within our homes are very aware of the attraction of the litter box for the dog. We have all developed strategies to minimize what is to us a disgusting habit (the cat thinks so, too!). However, as unsettling as this is there is no real danger and dogs have been cleaning up, so to speak, in households since households first appeared. That, in many ways, is their job. While we do get the occasional feline at Love to Groom in Glendale, CA we specialize in dogs. When we bathe and clip them we sometimes hear tales of their misdeeds with regard to their cat family members. We chide the dogs as we wash and cut knowing that things will never change. Dogs will be dogs. You gotta love ‘em!
